When we could no longer ignore the need to replace the rattly old wheezebucket I started shopping and discovered that we could replace Ol' Stinky with what was essentially the same unit, or spend a little more and get a Bosch. We've had a Bosch dishwasher for over 10 years and have never had a problem, so I was leaning towards believing the "hype" that accompanies this brand in the U.S. I bought the Bosch. This thing is somehow dignified. It looks almost regal shoved into its little corner of our kitchen. It's quiet, the icemaker actually works without scaring the entire household with little grinding explosions every 45 minutes and the temperatures in the refrigerator and freezer stay consistent. It heats up to 150 degrees in about 20 to 25 minutes. One of the main reasons I chose this sauna was because of the wattage. I did a lot of research before buying since there is such a wide price range, and higher wattage really does make a difference in how quickly and efficiently it heats. This Bosch is so much better and actually cost less than if we were to replace the previous brand/similar model we had. Super spacious, and stylish to boot. The large door comparements make it much easier to organize the many condiments and sauces we're prone to purchase. A favorite feature is the automated water bottle fill.
