There was some kind of issue with the first shipment and I had to wait weeks before they finally resend it to me. It was a Fedex issue, and not the sellers fault. I bought two of these mirrors and they look fabulous. Super classy and elegant with a mirrored interior. The door hinge is amazing -- even when you accidentally push too hard on the door, it closest softly. My only complaint is that one box came without the supports for the fourth shelf -- so one of my cabinets has four shelves and one has three. And I'm quite annoyed that after it finishes, the light turns off and there is no indication that the wash completed successfully. Yes, I know I can check the app to confirm, but this is annoying to have to reach for my phone when my previous dishwasher simply had an LED that stayed lit to confirm the wash completed properly. Every day I use the dishwasher I'm reminded that Bosch would somehow rather save a tiny tiny amount of energy to shut the dishwasher totally off than leave a little LED lit to confirm that the wash completed. I have kids, and they need to know whether the dishes in the dishwasher are clean or dirty. Without this signal, it makes this harder than it should be. I'm all for saving energy and saving the planet, but not having a "successful completion LED" was a bad engineering decision. Next time, I will be more careful to buy a dishwasher with that feature..
