You ask for a return call know one calls you back. I finally got thru after being on hold for 7 hours. Unbelievable!!! I finally got a technician to call me to ask me , what’s wrong with it”? I told him the message that’s blinking on the hood screen and he asks , so do you need parts ? What ?! How am I supposed to know. Oh my goodness. That’s why I’m calling him, to figure this out. Honestly save your money and your time. I will never purchase from wayfair again. I will update this review, the very helpful technician that is asking me if I need parts is suppose to come to my home tomorrow, therefore I need to miss work to wait for him. This faucet looks nice would fit into many styles of kitchens due to its transitional design. It is definitely on the larger side, so be aware of the dimensions when ordering. The "flow" is excellent at 2.2 gallons per minute. The only thing I'm not wild about, is the rubber mechanism on the pull down handle(for switching from regular stream to "shower" stream)which takes a bit more effort than typically necessary to operate.
