If liquid, blot with clean, undyed cloth by pressing firmly around the spill to absorb as much as possible. For hard to remove stains, professional rug cleaning is recommended. This rug in beige definitely reads more gray than beige or white in person, which worked out perfectly — it matches Sherwin-Williams Morris Room Grey (SW0037) beautifully since it’s still a warm gray. The pattern has lots of very subtle colors, including brown, steely blue, and rust/burnt orange, which add depth and interest without overwhelming the space. It rolled out fairly nicely after a couple of days — I used hand weights to help flatten it. There’s a very slight fringe, but it hasn’t caused any issues with my robot vacuum. Also, there was no smell when unrolled. We’re using it on hardwood in a cozy living room and paired it with the Wayfair Basics Non-Slip Rug Pad 1/4″ underneath, which adds a bit of cushion and keeps everything in place.
