This couch is absolutely beautiful! I am so happy with how the delivery people handled it with care and brought it into my apartments I couldn’t have done it on my own. The assembly was so easy I think it took maybe an hour if that! The instructions for each part of the couch was in each box which was super convenient. I also really like how the individual pieces connect to each other. The connectors make it simple to secure the sections together and create a cohesive look. That said, the connectors allow the sofa to shift slightly left and right. While it’s great that the pieces attach easily, I do wish the connector pieces were more fixed in position so the sofa would stay firmly in one spot instead of moving around. A more secure locking mechanism would make this product even better. Overall, it’s a comfortable and stylish sofa with a very user-friendly setup — just needs a bit more stability in the connectors.. The Ottoman by 14 Karat Home Inc. Is a very nice well made sturdy ottoman. We couldnt find any manual but it was simple enough to screw in the 8 screws for the feet of the ottoman but there are 2 metal bracket and there are 2 slots in the bottom platform of the ottoman but we cant figure out how it is supposed to be installed. The pillow tops were vacuumed pack and have weight to them very well made and nice material. Our dog loves it! There are velcro on the bottom of the top pillow and the middle section. Love this sectional! My order was delivered on time and assembly instructions were easy to follow. I was hesitant to order furniture without trying it out first, but this sofa is firm and comfortable and all connections met up perfectly. I like the versatility of removing sections of seating as it was too large for my space. We measured many times and knew this would be an issue, so prepared for that ahead of time.
