The Ottoman by 14 Karat Home Inc. Is a very nice well made sturdy ottoman. We couldnt find any manual but it was simple enough to screw in the 8 screws for the feet of the ottoman but there are 2 metal bracket and there are 2 slots in the bottom platform of the ottoman but we cant figure out how it is supposed to be installed. The pillow tops were vacuumed pack and have weight to them very well made and nice material. Our dog loves it! There are velcro on the bottom of the top pillow and the middle section. That said, the connectors allow the sofa to shift slightly left and right. While it’s great that the pieces attach easily, I do wish the connector pieces were more fixed in position so the sofa would stay firmly in one spot instead of moving around. A more secure locking mechanism would make this product even better. Overall, it’s a comfortable and stylish sofa with a very user-friendly setup — just needs a bit more stability in the connectors.. I purchased this couch three weeks ago, after assembly we learned that parts were missing. I called and the rep was very nice and understanding. But here I am still no seat cushions.
