Have been wanting a bidet for a while and our bathroom is white, black and gray so I was super happy to find this one in black! Smaller than I wanted it will not hold the towels side by side. If your plug is behind the rack there is not enough room for the towels to hang and its a fight to get them on the rack. Also the rack does not heat as well the only area that heats is where the towel is laying across the bar not just touching it. I absolutely LOVE this toilet. I pretty much dont have to touch it. I have an suppressed immune system so hygiene is a top priority. I didn’t know what to expect since I’ve never owned a bidet toilet. Turns out I love it and I’m very happy with my Woodbridge smart toilet. Some things take getting used to and some things you need to read the instruction manual to set the settings to your liking. I love the powerful and quiet flushing. I also love the minimalist look of it. Some of the other toilets I saw for sale look like little space ships I like a plain this one is. This toilet is awesome!!! It is a high functioning toilet providing multiple comforting options like a heated seat, self cleaning bidet, night light, massage, etc. Enjoy tranquility on the toilet by listening to soothing music. Installation time does range from 1 to 4 hours depending on having an electrical outlet near for connectivity. The toilet also offers a manual flush feature should you loose electrical power. We liked the first one of these so much we bought this second one. Unfortunately the installation was much harder as the thread hole for one of the 4 set screws wouldn't accept the screw. We had to run a tool in it to clear out the threads. So I knocked off one star. We've had our first one for over a year and it keeps our damp towels from souring. (We are on well water).
