This is a beautiful medicine cabinet. We surface mounted it and it has black sides which go very nicely with our black fixtures. It is modern, sleek and very nice quality. It seems to be stable with quality hinges and hardware. We have a 30 inch vanity and it is a nice size to center over the space. This Vanity mirror came assembled and very protected. The only downfall I found is that there is nothing to keep the glass shelves secured in place. I expected a small suction cup at the least. They simply just sit on the metal lips with no stopper or flat edge. I will likely find some type of reinforcement for the glass prior to hanging and using the shelves. The door hinge is amazing -- even when you accidentally push too hard on the door, it closest softly. My only complaint is that one box came without the supports for the fourth shelf -- so one of my cabinets has four shelves and one has three.
