Very tight tolerances, to install, but absolutely stunning. We have taken one star off because the water pressure on the bidet is not as strong as we are used to, but it still does the job. Pretty straight forward and easy to install. My husband (who isn't too handy) was able to do it himself. It is very heavy so two people may be needed since it's 110lbs. The gold matches my daughter bathroom and it looks beautiful. The back is shorter than our last one but it's good since my four year old is able to teach the buttons by herself. The lid is soft closing so no more slamming of the cover. Feels great and looks just as clean and sleek. I am so excited for my new tankless toilet!! I love the foot flusher and how easy it will be to clean. That being said, it is the heaviest toilet in history... I helped my husband install it but I thought I was going to pull my back out or have a heart attack while doing so. Make sure you have help to install or pay someone to do it. This toilet has heated seat, heated water for the bidet and heated dryer. It is beautiful, and easy to clean. The night light is wonderful at night. I’m a huge fan of smart toilets! This toilet has a Small footprint which was perfect for our small bathroom. It was tricky to install due to the small space but it turned out great. I love the heated seat and wash the has but haven’t used all the great features yet. Instructions didn’t specify you have to remove the top part by snapping it off - lift the seat and where the middle notches are you can start lifting it. That’s how you add the nuts.
