Packaged very well and lightweight. No missing or damaged pieces. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. Assembly is very quick and easy. The wood is a gorgeous color and when fully assembled and water added it is still very easy to maneuver and store. The resistance is wonderful and produces a great work out.
