We were uneasy about ordering online, but this sectional sofa is amazing! We measured and we were happy to find something the right size on Wayfair. Every other store has huge furniture. That said, the connectors allow the sofa to shift slightly left and right. While it’s great that the pieces attach easily, I do wish the connector pieces were more fixed in position so the sofa would stay firmly in one spot instead of moving around. A more secure locking mechanism would make this product even better. Overall, it’s a comfortable and stylish sofa with a very user-friendly setup — just needs a bit more stability in the connectors.. I struggled with deciding how to rate this sofa. First and foremost it’s BEAUTIFUL! The color is spot on… it provides the luxury and comfort design that I needed! The cons are that it took over a month for delivery. I had an initial delivery date of 4/4. That date came and went without an update from Wayfair. I called customer service which is when I was informed that the sod had not been shipped from the manufacturer and will take an additional one to two weeks. They provided no concessions for the inconvenience. The sofa finally arrived on 4/15/25! Delivery was seamless! When I removed the packaging I was saddened to find loose thread hanging from the seams of some of the cushions. Again… beautiful sofa! I took small garlands of berries and tiny pine cones and threaded it around the arms of the lamp, added tiny candle like dimmable bulbs and with each season I add elements to it. Love that you can remove the slip cushions but the attachments that put them together are terrible and it wasn’t easy trying to put them together.
