A nice door, but it was damaged during delivery. Big black boot marks where someone walked all over the box in spite of the fact that it said right on the box to keep it upright and handle with care. I would like to have the bent part sent to us if it possible to replace and attach it. I LOVE this electric faux fireplace. Im still working on my tile surround, but the 24 gray fireplace fits perfectly. Ill have to build something to hide the cord as I finish the faux mantlesurround. When the heater is on, the bar at the top glows [see 2nd photo], which is good, so you know the heat is on. Plus, there is a timer accessed by the remote for up to several hours. I actually cant think of anything else you could ask for. I was worried that the case would be shiny, and it is, but that is not a negative. It will make it easy to dust.
