This tub is very large and deep. The drain is high enough to get completely covered and it is long enough to lay all the way back. The material is some kind of stone so it is very heavy to move and get in place. This also gives it a cool stone feel when you’re in it. This bathtub is fabulous! It arrived well packaged in a wooden crate so no damage whatsoever. It has a very minimal look, which I love! It’s solid stone and weighs 400 pounds so make sure you have plenty of help moving it. We had it professionally installed so I can’t say if it was easy or not. The stone parts came in one box, the mantle piece in another, and the heating element/fireplace in the third. It was so easy to setup! The entire unboxing, putting it together and cleanup took just about 1 hour. I do recommend a second person to help with setup because it is a big fireplace over 5 feet wide and 4 feet tall. The fireplace comes with a remote control and you can change the color of the fire, the intensity of the heat, the brightness of the flame and it turns on and off with the push of a button. You can also use the fireplace without the heater turned on if you just want to enjoy the ambience of the fireplace. IIt is recommended for use in 120 volt 3-prong outlets. To reduce water they recommend placing the interior panel closest to the showerhead. Ensure your measurements are precise and finished wall material is in place before measuring for your shower door. The header and rail will be shipped long and will need cut to size during installation. Tools needed to install the door are: tape measure, level, hacksaw, drill, 7/64-inch, 1/8-inch, ¼-inch drill bits, #2 Phillips screwdriver, 3/16-inch wrench, sharp knife, and caulking (clear silicone recommended). Optional tools include a miter box for cutting parts to length, files, center punch, and masking tape.
