Really nice quality pan. The size is great. It fits either four burgers or two nice sized steaks. It was a bit lighter than I expected, however it distributes the heat well. I am very happy with the non-stick coating. After several cooks you can literally just wipe the pan clean. Overall, these are durable, and 5-ply, so heat distribution is great and they are built to last. The first time I used them, I got burn marks I couldnt get out. Im hoping time helps with that. Not major, but bothered me and I like them clean and looking like new. The handles are attached with the buttons on the inside of the pans, which can carry different Temps and allow things to stick and require more detailed cleaning than if the buttons were concealed. Not satisfied at all. I’ve used the small pan twice and it’s stained. Even after soaking and scrubbing with a blue dish sponge this will not come off. They are beautiful brand new. If you don’t use them, they will look very nice as decoration. I actually cook though. The three dark spots and the stain on the sides is after making breakfast sausage patties.. Miguel.
