The first one was the wrong size. The second came with Bullitt proof glass shattered. The third arrived in good shape. The tape materials ,The peace that goes between the door and window doesn't stick. Fixed it with strapping tape. the other tape materials that go between the pet door and the slider peals, but not between the cotton and the sticky material, but in the cotton. This is my third Dyson Animal. I keep one upstairs that is 10 years old and this new stand one I am keeping downstairs. I am very satisfied with Dyson vacuums. The suction power is excellent. I like the adjustable carpet level and a longer court, which my older Dyson does not have. It is a heavier, vacuum and many others on the market, but I have found that the lighter vacuums do not have the suction power that the Dyson does, so the weight of the vacuum is of no significant consequence to me. I love how open it is. I kind of wish this one came with the step. Im not sure if the cats would use it, though. I already have one, and it has the front opening. My cats are both good size. This ones a little bit easier. I think for cats to go in and out of. Im not sure how long the bottom piece will last as it seems to be more material than hard plastic. I have had this now for about a month and I love it. I plan on getting another one and replacing the other one as they use this one most often. The other is the typical small opening and the waste draw is small and always needs to be adjusted as nothing falls forward and I can't find the right size bags, no company to order supplies from..
