I like the adjustable carpet level and a longer court, which my older Dyson does not have. Does a good job for what it is (very compact and easy to use). Not a good tool for cleaning larger areas (fluid containers are very small) but great for spot treatments. As a past user of full sized portable Bissell carpet cleaners with big fluid tanks, which needed to be plugged into an electrical outlet while in use, I am loving the cordless feature, and ease of emptying and cleaning the fluid compartments (not to mention how little space is needed to store it - could even go on a shelf)..
