We have the older version of this hose reel (the one with slats rather than the wicker look) and wanted to get a second for the front of the house as it’s so good. Unfortunately the old model appears to have been discontinued or is only available at an astronomical price so we went with this wicker look one. It’s the same size and weight and works great. Our old reel had to have a heavy brick on top to stop it moving when we pull the hose but this one is sufficiently heavy it doesn’t need that. Simply a great portable AC unit. The unit comes ready to go straight out of the box. Setup, components and instructions are all there and easy to manage. The unit is on caster wheels and is easy to move around, however it requires more effort to move on carpeted areas. One note to keep in mind is that the condensation water drain valve is on the back and low to the ground, which requires one to swing the unit around and place a shadow pan to collect the water.
