It’s very simple to use, and looks exactly like the picture. I have the pink one. I only have to warn you that the instructions aren’t accurate. So if you use 1 cup of rice only fill the water to the half line. Next do not leave the rice inside the cooker on warm when it’s finished cooking. It will burn. I love that this cooker can do so many things! I will use it at home and in my RV. I can brownsaute meat, dump everything in and use it as a slow cooker or bake with it, and even put it in the oven if I need to. My white rice came out perfect! I bought this because my old rice cooker was wearing out. The coating on the inside was coming off in spots resulting in rice sticking and burning in spots. I bought this because it also serves as a mini crockpot. I’m rating it 4 starts because I haven’t used it for anything other than rice yet, but also because it’s a little smaller than my old cooker, and that’s mainly my fault for not paying more attention to the description. Just received this so its hard to give a decent review. It did come with a dent in the stainless steel that I'm not thrilled about, but would be less thrilled packing it back up and the hassle of a return. So far I have only made 2 recipes & the convenience was great. I don't think the sauté option is all that great, it doesn't brown like a pan. I hope I have better results with the air fry option.. P.
