The instant hot water dispenser is the greatest kitchen invention of the century! However, you should consider two things: 1) you can get a filter so that the hot water is filtered -if you drink filtered water normally, your hot water should also be filtered! 2) if you get a filter, then you might want to get a dispenser that dispenses both hot OR cold. You can leave the top track and rod as is but I think we will be adding surround of some type. They do a great job filtering light and are so much more stylish than the others we had.
