We ordered this Zephyr duct cover from Wayfair, unfortunately the main panel (30”) arrived with some small dentsdings, crimpedbuckled edges and a very light digital imprint that could not be removed. I called Zephyr to ask if they would send a replacement. Without any hesitation and at no charge, Zephyr’s service rep (Brian) sent a whole new replacement.
