Like the quality of the sink. Opened the box and checked for damage upon arrival. I found that the mounting rail for the installation bolts was completely off on one long side and partially off on the other long side. Although I am a bit disappointed I am going to keep the sink and epoxy the rails back in place. This should not be happening with a sink in this price range. The bottom of sink rack arrived and was of the quality one would expect from Kohler. I did have to reverse flex/bend ever so slightly for all (6) posts to contact bottom of sink at same time and not rock. This rack is definitely an upgrade to a flat bottom sink, to elevate items being washed or rinsed off, up off the bottom and away from debris, allowing clear path to drain/disposal.. Robert. PA. Beautiful sink for our retrofit. I do not use the racks because they make it too cumbersome to clean. I get the theory behind the rack it keeps it from getting scratched. However, if you can’t see it anyway what’s the difference The side rack is nice and I used it for the first couple weeks, but they also reduce the amount of sink I had to clean big pans and pots with perfect size perfect depth. Cleans up nice would’ve given it five stars. However, I’m noticing a lot of rust marks and I don’t understand why.  Overall great delivery great service by Wayfare came in a few days.. Garden.
