I really wanted to love this sink, however the sink itself is nice but the drain system has given my installer fits for many hours as there always seems to be a leak around the drain components. Beautiful sink for our retrofit. I do not use the racks because they make it too cumbersome to clean. I get the theory behind the rack it keeps it from getting scratched. However, if you can’t see it anyway what’s the difference The side rack is nice and I used it for the first couple weeks, but they also reduce the amount of sink I had to clean big pans and pots with perfect size perfect depth. Cleans up nice would’ve given it five stars. However, I’m noticing a lot of rust marks and I don’t understand why.  Overall great delivery great service by Wayfare came in a few days.. Garden. So, the sink is beautiful and I love the offset drain and the work station features (extra cost but you can have a cutting board, colander, drying board and soaking bowl). However, two separate sinks were delivered with cracks in the corner. One was substantial, and I returned it to Wayfair w/o issue. The second was a small hairline crack that was just forming, and I exchanged it under warranty with Kohler. I got a 3rd sink with no issues, but now I'm scared cracks might develop down the road. Unfortunately the counter was already templated to this sink (which btw you must use the template to make sure the edges are exposed for the accessories), so I just have my fingers crossed.
