We’re really pleased with our new pool table. It arrived by a delivery company and delivery was professionally scheduled. We paid extra for inside delivery to floor of our choice, it’s worth the extra as the box is large and very heavy. The pool table is packaged extremely well. It was simple to assemble the legs, the side supports for the legs are packed and in the box but under the table top. Just mentioning this as we thought they were missing. It took 3 adult men to lift the table and turn it over and place it on its feet. The only part we were uncertain about were the actual round feet it rests on are made of plastic. Beautifully made, heavy wood, deliver folks were awesome bringing up 2 sets of stairs. I ordered 3 pieces of this set (3 drawer nightstand, 6 drawer chest and 7 drawer dresser. All the colors matched perfectly to each other. However, like another reviewer, the color is somewhat yellower than the online photos portray. Not enough of a shock to return, but now I need to consider the yellow tint when choosing wall paint color. Was expecting more of a tan/whitewash color. Also, I chose the 7 drawer dresser because I liked the look of the shuttered doors. But I didn't consider that items inside would need to be stacked on shelves, making it harder to see my choices when trying to find something. This was my first brand new tree with lights and it was perfect. You can’t tell from any of the pictures because I have three cats and they immediately took over and claimed the tree. I finally fluffed it all up right before Christmas and it was great. The end of the branches are a different type of “needle” and it makes it look more realistic and full! The lights were beautiful! But I couldn’t figure out the remote and it was a lm intense Christmas disco in my living room for a hot minute. Then the cats chewed through the lights in basically day 2. Bakhtiari oriental rugs woven before 1950 were examples of tribal rugs, which are traditionally smaller rugs, with wool yarns hand knotted onto a wool foundation. The nomadic lifestyle of these sheep herding tribes, moving their stock from winter to summer pasture, dictated the necessity of smaller and easily movable looms, using the wool from their sheep for the foundation and pile of their rugs. Sometime in the middle of the last century, these nomadic tribes began to settle in various villages in Western Iran. Weaving looms that did not have to be seasonally moved could be larger and sturdier, making the production of larger size rugs possible. The use of cotton for the foundation of the rugs also became more and more common. Bakhtiari rugs woven today use wool pile knotted on cotton foundations. Generally speaking, Bakhtiari rugs are made of very good wool with the knots thoroughly beaten down to make the rugs thick and solid. They are considered to be one of the most durable and long-lasting of Persian rugs.
