I brought them in and pulled them out of the box and was very surprised and pleased at the weight and quality of these brackets. We had spent a lot of money on a large under mount hand hammered copper metal sink and i was concerned about the weight of the sink being carried by just the cabinet. i found these online and took a shot at them. very stout piece of metal and nice construction. Shower drain base flange with threaded adaptor and rubber coupler suitable for shower drain installation. Simply push the shower drain down to the threaded adapter or rubber gasket (either of them, not both). The threaded adapter adjusts the height (1'' max) of the floor drain to accommodate the floor level. Please use proper cement mix if connecting PVC pipe. Not recommended for use with a "hot-mop" membrane.

I bought 2 of these for my rough-in on my master bathroom. They seem to be working as intended.
