We absolutely love this faucet!! Ours was an open box so the only weird thing is the water stream can occasionally separate slightly. But, we reached out to Kohler and they’re sending us a new faucet head for free! We also sometimes wish the pull down functionality was longer. But definitely not a deal breaker. I LOVE this sink. It's beautifully crafted, the water runs toward the drain, and it includes a very nice sink grid (sink grids can get very pricey and if they are not included, it's hard to find one that fits perfectly that doesn't cost a small fortune). I have an InSinkerator, so did not need the included drain cover and basket - but they look MUCH better than the InSinkerator drain ;). Note, the sink is very heavy.
