So far so good! I bought this to upgrade from the current Brother sewing machine I have which is very basic. I have tried it a few times and tried most of the stitch patterns to see how they turned out. Every single one looks great. I used a practice quilt to see how well it works with layers of fabric and that also worked well. Threading the bobbin and everything else works as it should too.
