This was delivered super fast. It was packaged well. It was what we were looking for, and now that I’ve got it installed and used it a few times, I can say it works so well, and I love it. I knocked a star off because there are some frustrating (welding) stains on the stainless steel, and I got cut on a piece of sharp metal that was sticking out of it. Other than that, it’s a dream, and for the price, I don’t think we could have gotten even close with another option. We LOVE the new range hood! We went from an old fashioned white slanted range hood with the buttons on front to this which is so sleek. After installed you hardly even see it there with the controls all hidden underneath the cabinets! The fan has four speeds all are so quiet! We could barely hear the TV in the next room when the old exhaust fan was running, so this makes the purchase worthwhile in itself. As always, the package came wrapped professionally and in great order when unpacked. Removing the old and installing the new too about 2 1/2 hours with just one son-in-law on the project.. Sandy. I am super impressed with this. Installation was easy except the ducting part that took some work but once installed it works so well. On the lowest setting it’s barely noticeable yet still powerful. It works great! For the price, it’s a great value. The fan works perfectly, and as other reviews have stated, it’s not loud on one or two, but it does get loud at three and up. I do wish the controls were a little more intuitive but one thing I love is that the same controls are on both sides of the vent (one set front left, one set back right), so it doesn’t matter which way it’s installed, and you can access buttons from the left or right.
