The toilet arrived well packaged and included all the necessary parts and clear installation instructions. The design is beautiful, the height feels comfortable, and the fully skirted design is a feature I especially appreciate. Unlike traditional toilets with exposed contours and crevices, the smooth skirted sides help prevent dust, hair, and dirt from accumulating, making cleaning much easier.
