Finally !! It’s literally took 8mths and 3 stores later to get my fridge ! I didn’t have a fridge for mths got ACS case and all reached out to Samsung for help but nothing fridge finally came and it came damage I got 150 back wow and I have a 3200 bill from door dash fridge is beautiful and all but not worth all the drama I went through Samsung customer service was horrible and I went threw all my savings they didn’t care I got a ACS for not having fridge during pandemic they didn’t care I was running out of money from ordering out food instead I get a damage fridge ! The refrigerator itself, so far, is good. It works well. The ice maker/crushed ice works and it looks good in our kitchen. However..... I gave it a 3 star because of some mishaps we have had since it was delivered. 1st - There was a 4 hour window when it was supposed to be delivered. I was told I would get a call when they were 30 min away. Never got a call they just showed up. Ok not a HUGE deal, but with 4 kids under 8yo it was annoying. 2nd- I was told it would be completely set up. The guys almost dropped it, hit my wall and left a dent in the wall, plugged it into the outlet and left. 3rd- there is a dent in the front door of the refrigerator, about dime sized. I paid for a NEW fridge. Not used.... So I called Wayfair, they called Samsung and connected me and they said they could give me $100 to compensate or I could call Wayfair and return/start the process all over. (This is 2Hours and 10min after being on hold!!) ‍♀️ Seriously?
