Product was as advertised. I would recommend based on appearance and quality feel of the product, i.e. rigid plank, good backing, and surface feel. These reviews helped me and I have a similar complaint within the shipping quality and associated product damage. It seemed to me my planks were damaged in packaging as the boxes themselves were not too bad when they arrived. I’d say 50% (8/16) planks has some kind of damage most of which was damage to the tongues as shown in pictures. Probably two corners were such that I could not use those corners. I chose to install at a diagonal so I had a decent amount of waste or left over so the damage issue didn’t affect me. Do consider this when purchasing. Overall the final product is nice. This flooring is amazing! The texture and spacing between planks gives the look and feel of hardwood. We used it for our entire first floor and, wow!, what a difference.
