I’ve owned the fridge for about 3 weeks and it is a solid upgrade. PROS: It looks great and elevates the look of the kitchen to gourmet. The water/filter quality is top tier and the auto sense fill feature saves time when filling up a glass or a measuring cup. And of course it chills and freezes nicely with features that boost the capability for special circumstances such as installation or recovering from a power outage. CONS. It’s missing a few “normal folks” features that I’ve enjoyed over the years and that I would expect for the cost. 1. It is massive and takes 4-6 people to deliver it; annotate that during delivery or they won’t send enough people to get it off the truck. Also, installation and haul away aren’t included. Be prepared to pay a few hundred extra. 2. The door isn't magnetized - so it won’t hold a magnet. 3. I was in search of a free standing tub that had completely straight/square sides versus the many that are sold with curves and angles. I needed this to fit in a corner without leaving spaces between the tub and wall that would either trap water or dust. This was the the one squared tub that I found within my price range, with others being 2-3 times as much for some reason, so I bought it in the only version available at the time (glossy gray). It's here now, I've opened the box to take a look and it is really beautiful and substantial while also being a foot shorter in length than the alcove tub it's replacing (space that I was eager to gain in a small bathroom). I'm really excited to get it installed and will be putting in a fixed glass panel on the non-wall end and a pivoting glass panel door along the exposed side since it will get the most use as a shower.
