Overall, I like the unit. It arrived next day and the setup was pretty straightforward. I have 5 other cabinets that are similar but not identical to this one so a lot of the setup was the same. I had to makemake 2 additions to make the cabinet work for me. First, I added legs. I don’t like cabinets that drag on the floor especially when you need a place to put the power cords. Second, I added lights to the glass shelves. The way the unit works. Anything on the two glass shelves device light but if you have a lot of things on those shelves, the light doesn’t fully transmit to the wood shelves. I’ve been reading that the lights tend to die within 30-60 days so let’s see if that happens to me it I have a backup plan to add new lights o I’ll be fine if it does. Overall, a descent unit. READ THIS FIRST! I can’t believe that none of the reviewers of this item mentioned that you have to peel the film off of every piece of this case! When I opened the box and saw that the pieces were dull and opaque and not crystal clear like the description says, I was just about to close the box up and send it back. Then I noticed a small corner of one of the pieces was peeling, so I pulled on it. There underneath the film is a crystal clear acrylic shelf! There is a film on BOTH sides of each piece, and it’s quite difficult to scrape a corner off big enough to get a grip on the film. And it’s a tedious process to peel ALL of those pieces, but it’s well worth the final outcome! It’s a beautiful, sturdy, very spacious, crystal clear display case. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the doors don’t close securely- they just swing back & forth loosely. Also FYI- the little rubber bands go around all of the tabs on the outside once the case is assembled. This is perfect for my rock collection and well worth the price. Cj. Cortez, CO. Overall very sturdy and good quality. Bought 2 for my business. The first one came with one of the screws being to short. With all of the other bolts in place, it doesn’t affect the stability. I was still pleased with the purchase. The second one came with a missing bolt but it worked out because I had an extra from my first one that couldn’t be placed. It wasn’t until I placed the buckets that I noticed the second one had a missing bar to hold one of the buckets- it’s still held by 3 sides but doesn’t stay in place if moved. This is pretty decent quality. Not high end for sure but perfect for my game room as a display for my statues I paint. When building it, it seems unstable and wobbly but once you put the clips in the back its very solid and stable. I recommend adding self adhesive felt to the bottom of the furniture when building it. The LEDS work well but it could use another set on the second shelves of each section so I am going to add two more strips to mine. The LEDS are also at a very bright white range so I'm replacing the existing ones with 5500k temp lights that will display the colors more correctly.
