I contemplated ordering this mattress for a couple months before finally doing it and so far I have zero regrets! Shipping was fast, communication was great with tracking. Packaging was easy to open, and the mattress is great quality for the price. Firm and not flimsy, yet still soft. Just be aware you can feel springs if you’re not used to that and a topper might be desirable for daily use; this is a guest bedroom mattress for me and will work perfectly for that purpose. This mattress is more medium firm. I prefer firm but overall it’s very comfortable! There was an issue with the covering being a little loose on one side, but I did get that rectified with the manufacturer who was quick to respond and very helpful so I’m very appreciative and overall satisfied!.
