I didn’t know what to expect since I’ve never owned a bidet toilet. Turns out I love it and I’m very happy with my Woodbridge smart toilet. Some things take getting used to and some things you need to read the instruction manual to set the settings to your liking. I love the powerful and quiet flushing. I also love the minimalist look of it. Some of the other toilets I saw for sale look like little space ships I like a plain this one is. Very happy with the product and works as described. I would point out that you need to use the provided 1/2 inch connectors as the bidet requires that size. Arrived quickly, no visible damage to box or item- it was packaged securely and very nicely. It is good quality definitely would recommend a plumber to install with the additional functioning components that it has would certainly recommend a plumber. Really great bidet. I’m replacing the same model I broke because I didn’t re-tighten it on the toilet. Not the fault of the bidet. I plop down pretty roughly when I really need to urinate. I love the options for water pressure and temperature for the seat, water, and the fan. (Very important to adjust the fan’s heat to lowest level) the nightlight is helpful for me not to wake up my dog who sleeps in my bathroom. The seat warmer is lovely but can get too warm so I usually keep it on a lower level.
