These are my favorite dishes I’ve ever owned!!! They are tough, sturdy, lovely, simple, elegant, and can be casual or fancy. I have banged them many times and they have not one chip. My little boys use them all the time. They are the perfect size and true white color and obviously wonderful quality. I love the details of the lines, which make them far from plain. I just couldn’t be happier with this set! My husband LOVES them and we always get compliments on them! I also highly recommend splurging in the pasta bowls that go with this set! So worth it!. Sara. These dishes are beautiful and high quality. I needed a set to mix with other dishes I will continue using and these are right at home. I was looking for something simple but not just typical white plates and they’re perfect. They arrived on time and totally intact. As many reviewers have noted, they are not a bright white even though they do photograph that way. They are a warm white and the edge is medium gray. I love the two finishes, almost satin on the underside and gloss inside. The satin finish helps to hold the dish in your hand and the gloss is so nice and easy to clean. The weight is just right, not too heavy. These dishes could be dressed up or down with other items. My family approved of them immediately, yay. The bowl is a terrific size. I don’t find it too shallow as some have mentioned. Beautiful, modern, causally elegant dinnerware for every day use. I keep admiring them and look forward to serving wonderful meals.. Alicia. First of all, I want to say that these are really lovely well-made dishes. I absolutely love them. However I wanted white. They are not white. They are off-white. Very sadly, they are being returned, but I am very unhappy that I have to do that. Had I not had a million things I wanted this to go with, all very white, I would have kept them.
