High Performance: Made with a 2.0mm tri-ply alloy. The exterior consists of 20% 18/10 stainless steel, with a 64% aluminum core and 16% interior 18/10 stainless steel. Aluminum provides excellent heat conductivity, while the 18/10 stainless steel interior is durable, non-reactive, and ideal for all cooking activities. It heats up and cools down quickly, offering superior cooking control. Polished Stainless Steel Exterior: Cast stainless steel handles stay cool during use. Each piece features pouring rims. Versatile: Suitable for all types of cooking surfaces, including gas, electric, induction, halogen stovetops, and in the oven. Care: Avoid using high heat for extended periods. Do not leave an empty pan on a hot burner for long. For items that are not dishwasher-safe, do not use them in the dishwasher. Do not use metal utensils on the non-stick surface. Avoid using scouring pads, steel wool, abrasive cleaners, bleach, or oven cleaners, as these can scratch or damage your cookware. Misuse will void your warranty. Bleach will damage the stainless steel interior and should not be used on any Mauviel cookware.
