One of the biggest highlights is how easy it is to change configurations — you can rearrange the pieces quickly to fit different needs or room layouts, which makes it feel very flexible and functional. We did notice an issue after a few days of use where the back cushions started to sag when not supported, which was a bit concerning at first. However, we rearranged the setup so the back rests against a wall, and that completely solved the problem for us. Since then, it’s been holding up well and remains comfortable for everyday use.. I have been looking for a washlet for a long time and I am very glad I settled on this one. It has a ton of features and is the newest replacement version for the k300 I believe. I brought them in and pulled them out of the box and was very surprised and pleased at the weight and quality of these brackets. We had spent a lot of money on a large under mount hand hammered copper metal sink and i was concerned about the weight of the sink being carried by just the cabinet. i found these online and took a shot at them. very stout piece of metal and nice construction. The glass overhanging the counter is a great feature add too. Downsides: it was very frustrating to install this extremely heavy appliance just to set it up and see that they offered little spacers for the tiny gaps in the back--I didn't get to use them because I would've had to pull the range out again completely. I sticker saying "stop! Before install install spacers" would've been nice! Having a baking drawer like kitchenaid offers would be awesome instead of just a warming drawer on the bottom. And lastly. This range hood is high quality. I bought a cheaper version a few years ago for my old house. I liked it, but now that I have this I can see where the cheaper one was lacking. This range hood is thicker steel that wont dent as easily. The oil tray is steel, the baffle filters feel commercial grade, the large duct size really moves a lot of air. I am glad I spent the money. Its loud but quieter than the old one. Relatively quiet for the amount of air it moves. The instructions are good, mounting is easy and secure. I had the worst experience with Wayfair. The toilet came broken into pieces, and when I asked for refund, they asked me to return the broken toilet back to them and then wait for 3-5 days to get refunded. They also sent me the wrong bidet, a cheaper version compare to the one I purchased. I am frustrated because Wayfair said the toilet will get delivered the next day when I placed the order, but it ended up taking 2 weeks to delivery, and then I found out the toilet is broken into pieces and they sent the wrong bidet. And now they asked me to return everything and they have to approve my return before I can get refund...they make me go toilet-less for a month and kept my $2000! I will never buying anything from Wayfair anymore, because they sent me a cheaper alternative, a broken item, and they lied about the delivery time to trick you to buy things from them.. Fh.
