Left door came off in my hand when I opened it. The two bottom door pin screws were MIA. The two Right bottom door pin screws were not even hand tight and these screws were chamfered; why is the great unknown. Placed door back on temporarily. Sourced 4 new stainless pan head machine screws, applied blue locktite and re-secured both doors post alining them and the appropriate reveal (gap). I did not experience any peculiar loud noises on start up and have not heard any weird noises since, to date. Settings are self explanatory and require no "manual" reference. I have no complaint on light switch on right side only nor do I have issue with light "timing out" as some other reviewers had mentioned. The sink is really pretty. Love the rounded corners. Seems to be great quality but we just installed it so I can't speak to how well it will hold up. Just note that the white pulls a little blue. You can see it in the pics I'm attaching. I took two using two different light sources. It's more obvious in one than the other. This is a beautiful sink that is quite large and deep. I put mine in a 33" base cabinet. Although the depth (front to back) is a bit shorter than average (according to my plumber), it easily fits a half sheet pan in the bottom for cleaning. No more tilting large pots/pans in a two-bowl sink! I have used the colander and enjoy sliding it where I need it. The cutting board is handy, particularly for things like cutting up a whole chicken. Blood and germs go into the sink, not on my countertop, and I can easily sanitize it afterward. The sink is relatively quiet, particularly given how deep it is (water has a long way to fall!). My only complaint is that the sink does not seem to drain very well. I find small pools of water at the corners at times. Also, check under that colander to ensure food isn't hiding there (not that it happened to me...) Update: I've increased my rating because I truly love this sink after working with it a couple days. Put some Pledge on it to combat water spots. Draining seems better. Love prepping salad on cutting board and scraps go right into the disposal. Very happy with purchase..
