Installing the propane tank was straight-forward, but you need to be careful to route the propane line properly. Operation of the flame is simple, but you need to know to keep the control pushed in to get the flame to start when using the igniter. I am 100% pleased with this purchase. I think the table height is a little low (by maybe 2) for a dining table, couple w a chair and cushion just makes it obviously lower. The assembly was fast and easy. I was hesitant that I would like the glass protective pieces around the actual fire, but it does work great as a wind buffer and heat buffet (I put my table under our lanai overhang in Florida (no heat needed here) I am reluctant to talk about the actual top of the table and how it will wear (fingers crossed that it doesnt scratch easily) I am using placemats at every place seating area and I will continue to leave the mates on the table everytime someone sits down. I mixed the clear cut glass with some colored glass beads to add some color It arrived sooner than it was first quoted. I wish it had a cover to put on it while we return north.. Lois.
