Nearly 5 year update... I still LOVE LOVE LOVE this range! The wifi feature allows me to start the oven while on my way home from the grocery store, cook baked potatoes left inside it or preheat from the hammock in the backyard. I don't love the air fry feature, I still use a different one. I bought a newer version of this range than a friend had and recommended and am so glad I did. Not sure if this is a "me" issue, or if it's the oven itself...I know that I'll never need to use the Wi-fi feature so, I can't tell anyone how that is. Nice oven with useful features. The all black color looks sleek and modern. Touch menu is easy to operate. Self clean as well as steam clean are good features. The Crisp mode is useful for a model that does not have an internal airfryer. The broiler is inside the top of the oven which leaves the bottom drawer for storage. The elongated 5th grill burner with the cast iron griddle is a great feature as well. The BTUs on the burners are adequate, although I'm used to slightly higher with my former Whirlpool stove. This review is on the delivery experience not the machine. The delivery team was polite, but the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. It took roughly 1.5 hours to install a washer and pedestal because they were not familiar with how the pedestal installs. Despite clear issues during setup and their reluctance to take guidance, I ultimately had to determine the correct installation steps myself just to get the job finished. After they left, the washer repeatedly threw an error, which took additional time to troubleshoot only to discover that they had failed to turn the water supply valves on. This added to an already unnecessarily long and difficult process. To make matters worse, their driving on the property was reckless. They drove at an unsafe speed on the driveway and nearly caused a head-on collision with a vehicle exiting the property. While the individuals were courteous, the lack of technical competence, attention to detail, and basic safety made this a very poor and exhausting experience.. Ilaria. Washington, CT.
