It needed to be simple and functional and most of all beautiful. And all of those boxes were checked with this table. The shelf is a very nice touch. I assembled it all by myself and it was easy. Four screws, four washers and four locks. It’s very high quality for the price! It could easily have been a 2,000 table with quality like this. One negative was that the screw holes were not lined up correctly and it took a little bending in order to make it work. But it’s such a beautiful coffee table. Very happy with my purchase..
