Product is what we needed as the kitchenette required a smaller microwave. Product arrived damaged but nothing would have indicated damage looking at packaging. The damaged parts (dents on both sides) were easily concealed when installed but that was also a bit of a hassle. My husband is an electrician & has hung quite a few microwaves, yet he wasn't a fan of the install. We tested after install, it works & no issues with the unit at the moment (not being used as we aren't moved in at the moment). We did contact Wayfair about issues, they contacted Danby on my behalf & Danby contacted me the next day. It's all about the features. I needed a 7 cu ft refrigerator with a freezer to fit in my kitchenette. Definitely wanted it to be frost-free, which was hard to find in this size. Also wanted shelves on the freezer door, which was hard to find at a decent price point. But after looking at many a fridge online and in stores and reading tons of reviews, this one came out as the winner. Wow, the Zline review website is awful. This is the closest match I could find to the product I bought. But the refrigerator itself is amazing. We got the version that had no front panels, and we had the panels built to match our kitchen. While some people have said this refrigerator is loud, we have found that once installed, you really only hear it when the compressor is running. Other than that it is silent. Since we havent had it for very long, we cant say much about the durability. But so far we are very pleased with this purchase.
