I was impressed with the quality of the materials and the instructions were pretty clear. I put mine on top of of a concrete pad. Also did a row of cinder blocks, which required a little customizing where the door fit in the wall. Wayfair had the best price in town on these garage cabinets. They came almost fully assembled. The only thing I had to do was put the legs on the bottom in the shelves inside. Made in USA! As of today, my shed is 90% assembled. Not too physically difficult to put together but definitely need two people. This gazebo came well packaged. The instructions were spot on and we had it done in 14 hours. It is very sturdy and well thought out. I suggest that you seal the wood before putting it together as others have said. We mounted this to a pre- existing concrete patio. The mounting bolts were a little small so we changed out the way we mounted it to the slab. This thing is not moving! I had one missing part and I called them on a Sunday and a holiday weekend at that and they answered. I gave them the serial number and the part number and the gal said it will arrive in 2-5 days. Worked out perfectly. While I have a smaller one in my backyard. I decided to get a larger one to act as a car port for two cars on my side driveway. I can even fit my full size SUV GL550 sitting on larger 22in wheels. I added a motion light to the interior roof, powered by a solar panel mounted on the exterior.
