Kids love it but while you think you are getting a lot of pieces, it's more connections and screws than anything else. If you have HIGH ENERGY kids like we do, this is an needed investment! My in-laws bought a set for the girls for Christmas and then we ended up buying another one to add in. Perfect!!!!! so easy to assemble, and sturdy. Only regret is that it doesn't come with extra "screws"...some were flawed, and a couple popped out and we couldn't find in the grass. The design I picked for my second structure used 4 less screws, but it should just come with extra so you can design any shape. My wayfair peeps..THIS!!! What a great, great play-set! We have been searching for months and months for the perfect play-set and hit the jackpot with this one! We hit the Memorial Day sale and used a coupon and got a much better deal on this. So keep your eyes on sales! Okay-this item came in two LARGE rectangle boxes. Instead of moving the boxes into our backyard (boxes were placed by our garage-but note -you can call delivery company and request where you want them to place items) we just opened them where they we and organized all the parts. After that, we began with the instructions, ladder, side supports etc. There were some tricky parts for us but that may not be the case for everyone, especially if you’re an engineer! Ha, just kidding. I learned how to use a drill this weekend so ladies, you got this! There’s a lot of screws and moving parts but don’t let this scare you-the instruction booklet is SO GOOD! I highly recommend this playset y’all! Wayfair never disappoints! Tip-don’t be afraid to mix and match your rock wall colors, makes it kinda fun! Also, we purchased a baby swing since my youngest is two..so it comes with two swings and a handle bar (yellow in picture) . But the baby swing is sold separately.
