This tile is beautiful, with a nice sheen and enough irregularity to catch the light and make it look expensive. However, 2/3 of the boxes I ordered came with broken tiles. I think broken tiles are more likely with this format because the grooves create weaknesses in the 14x14 sheets. Besides the breakage, the tile was easy to work with and regular enough that all the groves lined up without too much effort. I used it for my kitchen backsplash and am really pleased with the look. The vent cover arrived quickly and in good condition. I like the modern, clean style and the screws are hidden. The installation instructions are clear and remind you multiple times to measure the opening and purchase the cover appropriate for the space. There is no wheel or mechanism to open and close the baffles. You use your fingers or a screwdriver which could be a pain if you are using it in a ceiling or other difficult to access area.
