Super disappointed that this item is much shorter than expected. It is about 23 inches high, instead of 29 inches like it was supposed to be. I even called Wayfair before placing the order to make sure I would receive the 29-inch version of this. I thought it was odd that the 29-inch version was less expensive than the 23-inch version, but the Wayfair associate assured me that I was ordering the 29-inch version. The item arrived more than a week later than the originally promised time frame. Also, the finish is a bit lighter than what I expected. There are a few dark marks on the top of the furniture piece that are either from the stain or from sanding that wasn't finished quite right. Otherwise, it seems like a solid, well-made piece. This farmhouse dining room light fixture features a wooden beam, which is an actual solid wood beam, so it has some weight to it and is very textured. 8 light heads, each with a 70 inch wire length, you can easily adjust the height of each head and DIY the shape you want, and the extra wire can be hidden in the wooden beam for aesthetic purposes. In addition the rustic chandelier has adjustable height chain up to 39.3inches, you can adjust the overall height of the lamp as needed.
