Product was delivered with missing pieces - had full service assembly on this and basically just dropped a half assembled bed in my room without the parts needed to assemble it. Have been sleeping on the couch for a week waiting on this delivery, and just got back from 3 different hardware stores that dont have the correct bolt required. A decent bed. Sturdy and one of the least expensive options that is made of a natural material. I believe that, although the thicker components are actual bamboo, the flat panels may not be genuine bamboo, rather a printed man made panel. Im not sure. If so, its a very good imitation.. Glen.
