Out of the box, this griddle will NOT fit a Prestige 450, but I found it was easily altered to fit. As it is designed to fit the larger surface area of a Prestige 500, the rear spacer needs 1/4” cut off each side, and a small notch cut (see attached photos). The griddle is also too large front to back, but a couple of self-tapping screws along the back edge and inside the front lip of the barbecue prevent any movement. This griddle is really well made. Being stainless steel, there’s no seasoning needed - just clean with water after use to steam clean any food residue off. Lots of different ways to configure the led pendants still haven’t decided on the lengths however you’ll need to build a scaffold to install the light fixture if you have over ten foot ceilings. I have 20’ foot ceilings and I built a scaffold. This light is beautiful once installed but I’m a electrician and it took me roughly 4 hours to assembly the light fixture in my garage 2 hours to assembly the scaffold and 1 hour to hang the fixture. This is a lovely set. The simple modern design is exactly what I was looking for and I love that the set comes with a number of serving pieces which came in very handy for Thanksgiving dinner.
