Worst dryer I have ever owned and the washer that goes with it is even worse than the dryer. Nothing is ever completely dry after the first cycle AND the clothes come out VERY wrinkled. I have to iron every pair of pants that comes out of there (even dry fit comes out wrinkled) and if I didn't refuse to iron T-shirts, those would need be ironed as well. This dryer is awesome. It seems like it takes longer than a normal dryer, but it really doesn't. We don't have to run it 3 times to dry towels. It can fit a lot of towels. It can dry our king size comforter with ease. It uses about 1/4 the power of our old normal dryer. It also is really good at removing pet hair from clothes. It just arrived yesterday. The manual could be more specific on options. I used the Bedding/Waterproof option as I was washing bedding, however, nothing waterproof. I do not plan on using that option again and the tub fills to the top and the laundry barely moves even though they only filled the tub 1/2 way before starting the cycle. It took 2 hours to complete. The Normal wash cycle works well. The manual could be more specific in that you DO have an option to change the water temp from the default "warm" to cold by touching the word "cold" while turned on the Normal cycle. It's my 1first impeller washer and I need more time to give a genuine opinion. Modern appliances take a bit more research before making choices on the type of load you will be doing.. Kathy. Working great. I really like the dust collector inside. I'm used to having a thin vent to pull out, but this is a compartment you pull out and open up. The dust is inside and easy to pull out. I highly recommend it for anyone with a pet that sheds on blankets. The dryer is great. Im handy, so it was very easy to hook up. The delivery was a different story. We were given a delivery day of Tuesday, then it changed to Monday between 7 AM and 7 PM. My wife called at 930 Monday to narrow down the window, and was eventually told they didnt even have it at the delivery center. Then he checked and found it had just arrived, but it was too late to get it on a truck. Problem was, we took Monday off to receive it and hook it up. He said they could deliver Wednesday, between 7 AM and 11 AM, with a call 30 min. before delivery. They called at 6 AM, and delivered at 645 AM. But, we have the dryer, so all is good. The delivery crew from Glen Ellyn Moving and Storage were great, quick,efficient and polite.
