Kids love playhouse great size and sturdy once out together. Delivery of product was not idea box had completely fallen apart. Driver was super helpful. Searched back of truck to get most all pieces. This is nice to look at and great for a 3 to 4-year-old. My kids are 5, 6, and 8. This is not designed for my rough-playing kids. I have girls, so it's not because they are boys.
